Motherless Daughters Foundation Partners with Atlanta Airport during Aviation & Enrichment Luncheon

Motherless Daughters Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to embracing and encouraging the growth and development of young girls entering their adolescent years without the support of their natural mother. In cooperation with the Partners in Education Program of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the Motherless Daughters Foundation hosted an Aviation and Enrichment Luncheon to educate and encourage the young members to pursue their dreams and to never give up on Monday, November 24, 2014.

At the Atlanta Commerce Club, Soaring to Greater Heights Aviation Enrichment and Mentoring Luncheon welcomed “Honorary Mother” Xernona Clayton (Founder of the Trumpet), Atlanta’s First Lady Sarah-Elizabeth Reed and new Community Outreach Board Chair, Myrna White, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, District Attorney Rewa Collier, Shelia Bronner, Upscale Magazine, Andrew Young Foundation,Olympians Hazel Clark and Dwight Phillips, Olympian Angelo Taylor, Mr. Willie Watkins of Watkins Funeral Homes and more.
