Big Boi and Deitrick Haddon Sinner Saved By Grace

Two weeks ago Jubilee Mag was invited on set of Deitrick Haddon and Big Boi’s video shoot for “Sinners (Saved By Grace)”. The video was shot right here in ATL at Hunter Street Baptist Church located near the Atlanta University Center. JubileeMag is all about bringing faith to mainstream, so when I got the call from Deitrick’s team asking if I’d come through, of course I said YES!

A collaboration like this is almost unheard of, especially in the gospel industry. Sure, gospel has done collabs with mainstream artists. Mary Mary has a song with David Banner. But still, nothing as innovative, impactful and dynamic as with an artist like Big Boi, one half of the legendary Outkast.

Honestly, I hope we see more features like this. As I was on set, I was thinking how seriously historic and DOPE this is. One powerhouse in gospel and another powerhouse in hip hop joining forces…who knows what life-changing doors this is opening!
