OK guys. I’ve never been one to like comic book films, but Captain America: The Winter Soldier took me by surprise. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time! The film stars Chris Evans, Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlett Johansson, and Anthony Mackie as the first African American superhero, The Falcon.

I attended a press junket recently at the Ritz Carlton-Buckhead in Atlanta with Anthony Mackie and the director Nate Moore for the superhero film. The studio laid out the good food then we got down to business. Check out a quick snipet from our interview below. How easy or difficult was it to include The Falcon in this version of Captain America (The Winter Soldier)? Was it already written in or did you have to fight for Marvel to include Anthony’s character?
