Atlanta’s celebrities and influencers came out to support Michael B. Jordan, Kate Mara, and Jamie Bell at the advanced screening of the film, Fantastic Four hosted by Big Boi (Outkast/Big Kidz Foundation) and HeadKrack (Rickey Smiley Morning Show & Dish Nation) at the CineBistro last evening.

One of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, Fantastic Four centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy. The film stars Miles Teller (“Whiplash”) as Reed Richards, Michael B. Jordan (“Fruitvale Station,” “Chronicle”) as Johnny Storm, Kate Mara (Netflix’s “House of Cards”) as Sue Storm, and Jamie Bell (“Billy Elliot,” AMC’s “Turn”) as Ben Grimm.
Before the red carpet screening, the studio invited Atlanta media to have a private press luncheon with the cast. We talked about the film, what it was like on set, and what they expect to see from the franchise.
