Terrell Fletcher


I recently had a chance to chat with San Diego pastor Terrell Fletcher. Terrell and I connected a few years ago on Twitter and we finally had the opportunity to catch up.

As Senior Pastor of The City of Hope International and CEO of Wake UR Dream, the St. Louis native is on a mission to transform lives for God. He’s bold. He’s funny. He’s not afraid to tackle difficult subjects.

In April 2005, Terrell was drafted by the San Diego Chargers and enjoyed a successful 8-year career with the team. During our interview we talked about how he and his brothers all received athletic scholarships, and his younger brother Bryan also played for the NFL. In college he played for the University of Wisconsin.

Fast-forward several years later, Terrell now has a growing multi-cultural church that’s making a huge impact on San Diego.
